Surf the Void ships internationally to destinations available through our online checkout. All standard packages are shipped from Cyprus (Europe) via CyprusPost - registered and tracked. The approximate delivery time depends on the destination but averages 5-7 business days. For Australian and New Zealand customers, the shipping time takes a little longer due to the distance.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Due to the change it tariffs under the new administration, we are now required all USA and UK orders require an additional fee. We have absorbed this fee. All taxes are covered on our end, so your order arrives smoothly with no hidden costs or surprises.
We offer free shipping over 150€.
If something goes wrong in transit, contact us and we’ll investigate it with the carrier.
For damaged parcels, please send photographs of the parcel, packaging and product so we can sort it out as quickly as possible.
